First and foremost, Digital Watchdog will NOT support any products purchased off Amazon. I learned this this hard way, though I'd have no plans on purchasing their equipment again.Beyond that PSA... These units have proven to be rather flakey. I am currently running 6 like this and have a 7th destined for another site. All locations have been set to record constantly with motion detection. Recently, I've logged into a couple locations and will see all the cameras offline with very large lapses in recording. Typically I can reboot the DVR and it'll come back online for a few days and then begin doing this again.I reached out to Digital Watchdog regarding this with limited assistance over email. When it was mentioned the items were purchased through an Amazon vender, they stated I could only received limited support as it wasn't an approved vender.-- EDIT --I attached an image showing my issues. Basically it should be green all the way across with areas of gold where motion is detected.
